Developing the Blueprint for a Newly Established International Graduate Institution's Human Capital and Performance Management
Proven Force Indonesia collaborated with Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) to enhance its stature as a center of Islamic education. Our efforts focused on Human Capital Development, Task and Skill Management, and Performance Management. The partnership led to improved staff capabilities, efficient operational systems, and robust performance management, aligning UIII with its strategic goal of becoming a global hub for Islamic studies. This project underscores our expertise in advancing educational institutions to achieve international recognition.

SUMMARY
BACKGROUND
Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII), situated in Depok, West Java, Indonesia, is an esteemed international university established under the vision of President Joko Widodo. Inaugurated with Presidential Regulation No. 57 of 2016, physical construction commenced in early June 2018. Positioned near the Museum Rumah Cimanggis and behind Rumah Sakit Sentra Medika Cisalak, UIII's foundation is a testament to Indonesia's desire to enhance the global academic community's recognition of Islam's role in Indonesia and to position the nation as a hub of Islamic civilization through high-caliber tertiary education.
As a Public Legal Entity Higher Education Institution grounded in Islamic universalism, UIII's inception is integral in several key aspects:
- Showcasing the context and characteristics of Islam in Indonesia as a model of Islamic civilization.
- Establishing UIII as a center of Islamic civilization through education.
- The integration of academic disciplines at UIII, especially its perspective on Islamic studies.
EXECUTION
Proven Force Indonesia engaged with UIII to undertake a comprehensive development program focusing on three critical aspects:
Human Capital Development: Our approach was to enrich the capabilities of UIII's academic and administrative staff, aligning them with international educational standards while preserving their unique cultural ethos.
Task and Skill Management: We implemented systems to optimize task allocation and skill utilization, ensuring that the talents and competencies of the university staff were effectively harnessed.
Performance Management: We introduced robust performance management strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the university.
