Our Productivity Talent Management program is an intensive, long-term training experience spanning 5 to 6 months, designed to cultivate and refine high-quality talent within client organizations. This program extends beyond conventional classroom instruction, incorporating practical field activities and case studies to provide a multifaceted learning experience. The primary objective is to discover and shape employees who are not only well-versed in soft skills but are also technically proficient, contributing significantly to the company's progress.

The program encompasses several activities:

Phase 1: Participants receive training on six distinct subjects, delivered in-person by PFI experts. These sessions aim to enhance employee capacity and talent development, with topics customized to meet client-specific requirements.

Phase 2: Follows with one-on-one counseling to ensure participants can apply their learning effectively, overcome any challenges faced, and confirm material comprehension and implementation.

Phase 3: Involves grouping participants and assigning them real-world problem-solving tasks relevant to their company’s challenges. Supported by Proven Force Indonesia facilitators, groups engage in weekly Focus Group Discussions to ensure effective resolution of tasks.

Phase 4: The final month culminates the program with closing activities, report submissions, and recognition of the most successful group based on their achievements throughout the program.
